A ARR é uma das Associações de Radioamadores que mantém um protocolo de cooperação com o SNBPC - Serviço Nacional de Bombeiros e Protecção Civil. Este protocolo, culminar de uma série de actividades em que a ARR participou, é um primeiro passo para o reconhecimento do valor precioso das comunicações de Amador em situações de calamidade ou emergência.
A ARR desenvolve no seu interior, independentemente dos serviços oficiais, o culto do serviço da causa publica, encontrando-se sempre à disposição para fazer aquilo que é o seu desígnio: Comunicar.
Todos os Associados da ARR são potenciais voluntários mas, por questões legais, só indicaremos os contactos daqueles que expressamente o autorizem. Os interessados poderão enviar um e-mail com os seus contactos.
O grupo de trabalho da THW (Protecção Civil Alemã) enviou o relatório final "Promotion of volunteers in European Civil Proteccion" às entidades que nele participaram e colaboraram. Foi um trabalho desenvolvido no âmbito da União Europeia e entre outras entidades portuguesas foi convidada a participar a Associação de Radioamadores do Ribatejo que, conforme noticiámos a seu tempo, se empenhou o mais possível na dignificação da nossa actividade.
O documento "Promotion of volunteers in European Civil Proteccion" é na realidade uma boa ferramenta para os interessados no tema e recomenda-se a sua leitura atenta, pena é que ainda não exista a versão portuguesa mas mesmo assim estão bem evidentes algumas conclusões e recomendações.
Da parte da Associação de Radioamadores do Ribatejo e muito provavelmente de outras entidades realça-se mais uma vez a urgência da criação de uma base de dados com os radioamadores voluntários na protecção civil pela entidade que tutela esta actividade, devendo ser esse um dos objectivos prioritários, pois corresponde à maior lacuna de tarefas que ficaram por efectivar desde que se reiniciaram em 2011 as colaborações entre associações de radioamadores e o SNBPC agora ANPC.

Bericht über den deutschen Katastrophenschutz Volunteer in Europa
Die Arbeitsgruppe des THW (deutsch Katastrophenschutz) geschickt den Abschlussbericht "Förderung des Freiwilligen im europäischen Bevölkerungsschutz Proteccion" Unternehmen, die teilgenommen und mitgewirkt haben. Es war eine Arbeit innerhalb der Europäischen Union und Portugiesisch unter anderem aufgefordert wurde, die Vereinigung der Funkamateure, die Ribatejo tun zu besuchen, wie in seiner Zeit berichtet, engagiert in der größtmöglichen Würde unseres Geschäfts.Das Dokument "Förderung der Freiwilligen im europäischen Bevölkerungsschutz Proteccion" ist eigentlich ein gutes Werkzeug für die Interessenten in das Thema und es wird empfohlen, gelesen haben, schade, es ist noch nicht die portugiesische Version, aber immer noch einige sehr offensichtliche Schlussfolgerungen und Empfehlungen .
Im Auftrag des Verbandes der Funkamateure der Ribatejo und anderen Einrichtungen dürften einmal mehr die Dringlichkeit der Einrichtung einer Datenbank mit Schinken von Freiwilligen im Katastrophenschutz Einheit überwacht diese Aktivität, sollte dies ein vorrangiges Ziel sein da es entspricht dem größten Abstand von Aufgaben, die zur Durchführung dass wieder aufgenommen im Jahr 2011 die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Amateuren und Vereinen jetzt SNBPC ANPC zur Verfügung gestellt wurden.
